Q. What can USCPR Online offer me?

USCPR Online is a leading online CPR educator. Our courses are designed by medical professionals to help others learn how to perform CPR and first aid during emergencies. Not only do we keep you in compliance with CPR certification requirements, but we strive to truly prepare you to act when an emergency occurs. Our courses are designed to help you save a life.

Q. Is online training an approved way to earn a certification?

Yes. Online training is an approved and more efficient way to earn your certification. We have certified tens of thousands of students online, including nurses, dentists, physicians, teachers, industrial workers, healthcare professionals, and many others.

Q. How is USCPR Online different from other online education providers?

Our service is designed to help people learn CPR, the research behind it, the steps to perform it, and how to stay safe while helping others. This is done without technical jargon that requires medical experience to understand.

We draw information from the latest medical research and guidelines and reference industry standards set by the American Heart Association, OSHA, and the American Red Cross. We update everything as new information is made available.

We have years of experience in the medical field, are nationally recognized, and stand by our courses and students. No other online provider works to ensure customer satisfaction as we do. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Q. Will your program fulfill my employer's requirements?

Yes! Our programs follow the same guidelines as the leading classroom CPR course providers. This makes us nationally recognized and able to offer the same level of expertise and experience as other CPR educators.

AHA and ECC guidelines are strictly followed, met, and in some cases exceeded. You can feel confident about enrolling in a CPR or First Aid course with American Training Association for CPR. Of course, you are protected by our money-back guarantee if a problem arises.

Q. How much time will I spend working on your program?

Most students can register, complete their coursework, and take the certification exam in one to three hours. It is possible to earn same-day certification in preparation for an upcoming job interview, volunteer organization requirement, or certification expiration.

Q. What if I don't want to earn a same-day certification?

All students can work at their own pace. Some choose to earn their certification in one sitting. Others use multiple sessions, spread over thirty days, to complete the registration, coursework, and certification exam process. Your registration fee gives you thirty-day access to our coursework. You may log in and out of the course as your schedule allows until you are ready to complete the certification exam and print your certificate.

Q: When can I start?

Right now! Registration is available 24 hours a day. Once your registration information and online payment are processed, you receive an activated username and password to begin studying.

Q. What can I expect on the certification exam?

Certification exam questions are drawn directly from the course materials. Questions are formatted to be multiple choice or true/false. Most students find the exam extremely fair and easy to pass with proper preparation. You will receive your score as soon as you complete the exam and have the ability to review incorrect questions.

Q. What if I fail the certification exam?

Each course contains a certification exam that is the final step in earning your course certificate. You must earn an 80 percent or higher score to pass the test. If you score below 80 percent on an exam attempt, you will be given a chance to review your missed questions and retake the exam FREE. Course registration gives you access to unlimited exam retakes.

Q. Will I need to earn recertification after completing your CPR Certification program?

We all forget things over time. For this reason, all CPR certification programs require recertification through a refresher course. Certifications earned at American Training Association for CPR are valid for two years. After that time, you can return to our site to complete the recertification process. Please note that Bloodborne pathogen certifications are valid for only one year.

Q. What is included in the registration fee?

Everything! Our one-time fee includes registration, access to the online content, all course materials, the certification exam, printable certification cards, and a hard copy of your certification wallet card. There are no additional or hidden fees.

Q. How long does your certification last?

All certifications are valid for two years. After that, you may take recertification classes to keep your current certification valid.

Q. Do you offer group discounts or affiliation options?

Yes. We offer discount packages designed to meet the needs of groups, both large and small. We can customize a group account package that best suits your organization's needs, from ten members to ten thousand members. Our group accounts involve a simple setup process and then the same level of quality customer service given to all our students. In addition, group members have the same access to our materials as individual students. Group accounts are available for student use as soon as 24 hours after start-up. Contact us directly for information about group rates, discounts, and specials.
